The Ziwei lineup includes central computing solutions, automotive components based on silicon carbide, and control microchips. For vehicles, packaging options have also been prepared, though details about the M series and packaging designs were not disclosed.
In a dual-chip configuration, the C100 supports neural units with a total performance of 2400 TOPS and a memory bandwidth of 600 GB/s.
The power chip S1500 is rated for 1500 V. The company states that the chip meets ASIL-D functional safety requirements and is used in electric drive systems. Production on silicon wafers has entered mass production, which is expected to reduce costs.
