Ro CEO discusses creation of the company's new AI agent

Ro CEO Zak Reitano spoke about the creation of the company's new AI agent and discussed the decisions behind the business transformations over more than nine years.

In a conversation with Business Insider legal correspondent Melia Robinson, Reitano explained how Ro adapted to changes in patient needs and the healthcare market. The company has evolved from early direct-to-patient services to a platform assisting in the GLP-1 space.

Reitano also discussed how Ro is preparing for the next era of consumer healthcare and shared his experience leading the company through a period of rapid and continuous change.
