Soulframe by the Creators of Warframe to Become Available to Everyone on November 6
Any Windows PC user will be able to try Soulframe for free as part of the Open Preludes open alpha testing. Later in November, the Verse of the Veilands update will be released, introducing new regions and the game's first mountable entity.

Digital Extremes will open access to Soulframe for everyone on November 6. The new phase of testing for the fantasy role-playing game has been named Open Preludes. Previously, an invitation was required to enter.
Owners of Windows PCs will be able to try the game. To do this, they need to register on the official Soulframe website and download the proprietary launcher. The game will not appear on Steam at this stage.
Later in November, the developers plan to release a major update, Verse of the Veilands. It will change the development of the open world and add the first mountable beast.
Players will need to cleanse regions of corruption, gradually restoring the environment. After cleansing two areas, the opportunity to grow and train the Omen Wolf, which will become a companion for travel, will appear.
According to Creative Director Jeff Crooks, the introduction of mountable animals and world development systems makes this an opportune moment to expand testing. The team expects to gather feedback on the new mechanics and already created content.
Additionally, the Bita’s Eve event has returned to Soulframe. It adds a headless horseman, the mini-boss Weltruska, and a new fish, Sunken Terror.
Open Preludes remains an early alpha version: the game continues to be developed. The full release date has not yet been announced.
