Warzone to Add Rain, Fog, and Wind
Weather conditions will appear on the new Hajin map with the update on November 6

Call of Duty: Warzone will receive weather scenarios along with the first season of Modern Warfare 4. The update will be released on November 6 and will bring two new maps—Hajin and Zodiac.
On Hajin, players will be able to encounter clear skies, fog, wind, rain, and distant thunderstorms. The conditions will alter the appearance of the environment and are intended to make matches less similar to one another.
However, this does not involve a confirmed continuous weather cycle within a match. According to IGN's description, the scenario will be determined before the game starts. Day and night cycles have also not been announced.
In the official announcement, the developers emphasize that special attention was given to visibility when configuring weather effects. However, specific changes to the sound of footsteps or other mechanics related to rain are not described.
The Hajin map covers territories of North and South Korea and includes 13 major locations. Urban streets and fortified buildings will neighbor agricultural areas, rivers, and forested hills.
The update will also integrate Modern Warfare 4 weapons and gameplay mechanics into Warzone. Among the announced changes is the ability to move an injured ally while reviving them.
The season begins on November 6 at 00:00 US Eastern Time—this is 10:00 in Tashkent.
